We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our outstanding healthcare team at Windsor Cypress Gardens Care Center.

Salary Range: $35–$36 per hour

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe residents’ physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Direct nursing experience caring for multiple residents.
• Behavioral care/memory care experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
