RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in Level III NICU with flexible bed capacity

• Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity

• Minimum 3 years Level III NICU experience required

• Must be able to care for babies from Level I through Level III

• Work with 60-member nursing staff (day shift: 1 charge nurse + 10 nurses; night shift: 1 charge nurse + 10 nurses)

• Perform typical NICU procedures including line placement and intubations

• Work with EMR systems:
Meditech and CPN

• Required certification: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

• Purple scrub color required

• Float to Postpartum unit as needed

• Work at least every other weekend

• Delivery experience preferred

• Energetic personality desired

• Located on 4th floor of Vintage Building
