Level III Staff RN - Clinic

The Level III Staff RN in the clinic provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to quality patient care and effective teamwork.

• Pay: $62 - $85/hour
• Location: Riverside, CA
• Facility: Riverside Medical Offices 2
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing processes.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Organize work to minimize the use of overtime.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.

Education:

• Limited 2nd and 3rd trimester OB ultrasound certification/training required within the last 5 years.

Experience:

• 1-year recent experience in L&D, antepartum testing, FCC/Post Partum, OB/GYN, or Women's Health in an acute or ambulatory setting.
• 1-year recent NST experience.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Registered Nurse License (California)
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
• Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certificate
