We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Quality Manager to oversee product quality standards and ensure that all production meets internal and external requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance practices, testing procedures, and process improvement.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control processes, inspection plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and analyze product quality metrics across production stages.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
- Manage audits (internal, supplier, and third-party) and document findings.
- Train production and QA/QC staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues quickly and efficiently.
- Continuously improve quality systems and recommend process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
- Evaluate and approve incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in quality software tools and ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills.
- May require time on the production floor.
- Some travel may be required for supplier audits or quality investigations.
