Job Summary

We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Quality Manager to oversee product quality standards and ensure that all production meets internal and external requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance practices, testing procedures, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes, inspection plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and analyze product quality metrics across production stages.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
  • Manage audits (internal, supplier, and third-party) and document findings.
  • Train production and QA/QC staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Continuously improve quality systems and recommend process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
  • Evaluate and approve incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in quality software tools and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills.
Work Conditions
  • May require time on the production floor.
  • Some travel may be required for supplier audits or quality investigations.
