Title: Senior QA Lead

Location: Remote (US/Pacific)

Duration: 12+ months Long Term Project

Compensation: $67.54 - 85.11/hr.

Work Requirements: U.S. Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

In this assignment, you will provide services through an external staffing partner and work with numerous disciplines to support quality across the software development life cycle, as well as helping to support team-wide quality goals. You will help protect the player experience and deliver results in an agile development environment. You will also support quality for an assigned area or product, in addition to identifying and supporting quality improvements to the team's development process.

Additionally, you may partner with remote QA teams to help ensure features are delivered at a high quality bar. Lastly, you will identify and mitigate risks to feature delivery and product quality and craft data to report on the quality of the product to partners.

In this assignment supporting an unpublished R&D product, you will provide services by helping to develop quality assurance process standards for the project. You will collaborate with team members across the company to drive awareness and adoption of QA standards. You will contribute to the creation and upkeep of learning and development content for the QA University programs.

• Triage, monitor, and prioritize the defect database
• Improve on methods of test execution at the initiative-level
• Continuously give feedback on content and code being developed
• Collaborate with different disciplines in order to push quality upstream by introducing quality practices across disciplines
• Author test plans and oversee the execution of test coverage
• Work with and collaborate with external QA vendors
• Use Quality Metrics to elevate major issues
• Provide visibility on QA progress to Team

• 6+ years of professional Quality Assurance experience
• Experience designing and executing test plans
• Experience managing components of a defect database
• Experience tasking remote testers and providing feedback on effectiveness.
• Experience working embedded with developers and content creators
• Experience creating custom reports on test coverage and defect data
• Experience using creative problem solving to improve process

• Development experience across several platforms; mobile, console, and PC.
• ISTQB Foundation Level
• ISTQB Agile Tester or ICAgile Agile Testing (ICP-TST)
• ISTQB Expert Level
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
• ICAgile Test Expert (ICE-AT)
