You will learn directly from productive agents who support your development in buyer consultations, communication, negotiation, and closing strategy. You will work closely with buyers from the first conversation through the close of escrow, creating a professional and well-managed client experience. Ongoing coaching, collaboration, and daily exposure to real transactions help you build confidence, consistency, and long-term momentum in real estate.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Qualifications
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Compensation

$150,000 per year
