Gahan House Riverside As a Bartender, You Will- Advise guests regarding contents of drinks, cocktails and beer - share your knowledge on our products
- Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
- Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages
- Relay menu items and products to provide optimum guest service
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clean draft beer system, bar area and glassware
- Work occasional server shifts
- Provide seamless guest service while ensuring they have a memorable experience by providing timely service with an upbeat and positive personality
- Work along side of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests and the community
- An open mind - We will be teaching you lots about craft beer, wine and local ingredients in each one of our dishes
- A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun our guests do too
- Strong Beer knowledge considered an asset
- Flexibility - Our bartenders will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
- Previous Bartending experience an asset
