Job Description

The Overnight Team Member will work with a small group of five people with a maintained focus on cleanliness and food safety.

• Breaking down and removing boxes
• Removing trash
• Sweeping and mopping
• Completing closing cleanliness checklists
• Routinely monitoring overall cleanliness of kitchen / FOH
• Stocking supplies
• Organizing storage areas
• Rinse, Wash, Sanitize, and Organize all end of day dishes
• Complete end of day clean for dishwasher
• Rack Cleaning
• Fryer Boil-Out System
• End of Day Kitchen Cleaning :

  • Restrooms
  • Drive-Thru Cockpit

• Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deep cleaning of specified areas

Applicants must be able to :

• Work quickly and efficiently
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Maintain proper quality parameters
• Be available to work Monday through Saturday at 11 : 30 p.m., with shifts ending around 5 : 00 a.m. the next morning
• Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and potentially lift heavy objects when necessary.
