As an Applebee’s Bartender you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring that you and the servers deliver the best drink possible. You will create a great bar experience while maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere for staff and customers alike.

• Mix drinks according to established standards.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with staff and guests.
• Assist servers and staff in delivering the best bar experience.
• Work a flexible schedule while keeping a high level of performance.

• Minimum age 21 (per state law).
• Effective communication skills with colleagues and guests.

• Remain stationary and move well‑paced for up to four hours per shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds safely.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, or masks throughout the shift.
• Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap during the shift.
