A Seasonal Operations Associate’s role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position and you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Customer Service – Assist customers quickly and efficiently at a fast pace.
- Execute pricing and signing – Change ticket prices and signs on merchandise across the store.
- Replenish and restock – Pull and prepare merchandise to ensure all customers have the styles and sizes they need.
- Receive and unload merchandise – Work with co‑workers to unload trucks and prepare items in the backroom.
- Backroom standards – Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
- Online pick‑up – Fulfill current online orders.
- Merchandise strategy – Execute leadership plans for merchandise placement with efficiency and detail.
- Learning environment – Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise and business processes.
