Spencer's is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store.

Hourly rate: $18.90 - $19.15 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
