Senior Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $20.90 to $21.15, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, manage merchandising and inventory control per Company policies.

• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.

Work schedule:

up to 38 hours per week.
