These materials enable our customers to make fine jewelry , coins, high‑purity glass and industrial catalysts. Umicore also enables the sustainable and responsible sourcing of these metals and provides closed‑loop recycling for our customers. To make the most of these materials we cannot stand still.

We need to find new ways to do things, discover new solutions and develop new processes. Which is where you come in.

• Achieve and report on territory sales budget
• Participate in trade shows and industry events
• Collaborate technical resolutions with internal departments
• Negotiate contracts, budgets, and customer agreements
• Maintain working relationships across teams, departments, and with clients
• Analyze sales and manufacturing/refining data to support decision‑making
• Uphold safety protocols and company standards
• Backup CSR and fill in when needed

• Post‑secondary education in sales or marketing or related fields relevant to the position
• 5 years’ experience in B2B industrial product sales
• Experience in precious metal industry is a strong asset
• Experience with sales budgets
• Experience in (jewelry) manufacturing and refining industries
• Strong negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Initiative‑driven, able to work with minimal supervision
