Job SummaryResponsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Senior Product Advisor you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory and/or Payroll Division Manager.
During the training period, your manager will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our short‑cycle sales process using our tablet‑based CRM platform, Atlas. After training you will be able to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in.
Responsibilities- Prospect new clients.
- Maintain client records in the CRM system (Atlas), including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant details in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments, to secure a win.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and changes within the fintech industry to remain up‑to‑date.
- Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one‑on‑one sessions with your leader.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.
- Must live in the area relative to the job posting location.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.

- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face conversations.

- Ability to be in the field a minimum of 50% of the time.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a B2B sales role.
- Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.

- Uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity: first‑year professionals may expect an average of $90,000 – $105,000 + if in the top 25%.
