As a Frontier Sales Team Member, you are the vital link between Frontier’s innovative services and eager customers in Pomona. In this full-time role, you’ll engage directly with customers in local communities, presenting high-speed internet, digital TV, and Voice services. Build rapport, assess needs, and close deals, launching a lucrative direct sales career.

Key Responsibilities of the Frontier Sales Team Member :

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing the benefits and competitive edge of Frontier’s fiber internet, TV, and voice services.

  • Assess customer connectivity needs and preferences, then recommend tailored Frontier solutions for optimal value and cost-effectiveness.

  • Consistently meet and exceed demanding weekly and monthly sales quotas for new customer acquisitions, demonstrating a relentless drive for results.

  • Confidently lead prospects through the sales process, addressing objections and closing deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Strategically plan and manage your assigned sales territory to maximize customer contact, identify high-potential areas, and optimize your daily sales activities.

  • Stay continuously informed about local market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments, providing valuable insights to sales management.

  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and reporting.

  • Actively engage in all sales meetings, product knowledge sessions, and ongoing training programs to continuously refine your sales techniques and expertise.
