Auto Expert Advisor - Murrieta Area

SUMMARY

Arrange the sale and delivery of new and used automobiles to Auto Expert clients and credit union members. Sells appropriate aftermarket accessories in conjunction with vehicle sales. Provide exceptional member service and resolve all issues until the member is satisfied.

• Provides “beginning-to-end” service by locating and arranging for delivery new and used automobiles to clients. Coordinates financing with respective credit union lending departments. Helps to ensure Auto Expert is paid broker fees as agreed upon with source dealers. Meets assigned sales goals.
• Sells Aftermarket products to clients. Meets assigned sales goals.
• Collects approval of sale and signatures from clients pertaining to current DMV regulations and Auto Expert procedures.
• Interfaces with and earns support of referring credit union employees.
• Prepares complete and correct files including all required documents for sale of the vehicle.

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• A Customer Service and/or Sales Experience background are preferred.
• Valid automobile sales license is required but can be obtained immediately upon hire.
• Prior experience in a field sales environment, where individual lead generation is the prime source of business.
• Demonstrates ability to produce documents, spreadsheets, databases, etc. with Windows-based software. Demonstrates knowledge of and comfort with the Internet
