Through hands‑on coaching, proven systems, and consistent mentorship, you will build the habits needed to manage listings with confidence, communicate value clearly, and guide homeowners through a smooth and professional selling process. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

Responsibilities
  • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price
  • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
  • Prospect pre‑qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
Compensation
