Job DescriptionPay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Position Type: Full Time
Required Credentials: Valid and current California Guard Card and training certificates. Morning shifts available on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Location: Riverside, CA.
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)- Monitor and respond to radio and telephone communications in a professional manner, dispatching security‑related personnel as needed according to site‑specific protocols.
- Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following security‑related procedures and site policies.
- Accurately document and report incidents, activities, and communications in dispatch logs and reports.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and communicate critical information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Assist with access control and visitor management by monitoring entry and exit activities through surveillance systems and/or communication channels.
- Support ongoing security‑related operations by maintaining situational awareness of the location and updating team members as necessary.
- Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help deter unauthorized activities and maintain order within the location.
- Valid California Guard Card and training certificates.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation in accordance with all applicable laws.
- Drug screening as permitted by law.
- Other licensing requirements as required by state or local law.
- Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
- CPR and pepper spray certifications are preferred.
