Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Position Type: Full Time

Required Credentials: Valid and current California Guard Card and training certificates. Morning shifts available on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Location: Riverside, CA.

• Monitor and respond to radio and telephone communications in a professional manner, dispatching security‑related personnel as needed according to site‑specific protocols.
• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Accurately document and report incidents, activities, and communications in dispatch logs and reports.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and communicate critical information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Assist with access control and visitor management by monitoring entry and exit activities through surveillance systems and/or communication channels.
• Support ongoing security‑related operations by maintaining situational awareness of the location and updating team members as necessary.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help deter unauthorized activities and maintain order within the location.

• Valid California Guard Card and training certificates.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Other licensing requirements as required by state or local law.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
• CPR and pepper spray certifications are preferred.
