KPS Alarms and KPS Fire Sprinklers are leaders in California's Fire Alarm / Low Voltage and Fire Sprinkler installation industry. We are seeking a Low Voltage Systems and Fire Alarm Estimator to help support our teams' continued growth in Southern and Northern California. As a systems estimator, you will be directly involved in working with our winning team to help win and support our customers in the areas of fire alarm, security alarms, access control solutions, camera systems, audio/video systems, and job site surveillance solutions to apartment, multi-family, commercial, and general contractor builders.

• Pervious experience in estimating or installing low voltage systems such as access control, fire alarms, camera systems, and other low voltage systems.
• Able to do system take-offs and estimating for project bids for operations to review and approve.
• Able to work with jurisdictions on changes and requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire process.
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively help position KPS Alarms as a key partner to our builders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical product details and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Fire Alarm System:
  Fire Lite, DMP, and Mircom experience.
• A good understanding of NFPA 72 and CRC requirements.
• NICET Certification.
• Able to run voltage calcs and prepare plans for complete submission.
