Pest Control Technician

• Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills required to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely, keeping the vehicle and equipment clean.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer empathy, recommending the most efficient and innovative solutions.
• Meet with customers at their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device.

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Physical job requirements: safely use a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, access confined spaces, wear personal protective equipment, and work in different weather conditions.
