• Knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pump, and HVAC equipment.
• Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

• 5+ years of field experience as a Licensed Journeyman in HVAC.
• Must have an EPA Certification (608) Universal License.
• Commercial experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician.
• Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments.
• Participation in ongoing training available to crews to stay updated on newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Valid Driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Geographic Disclosure:
Compensation Range: $48.41 - $56.95 per hour. The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
