You must have 2+ years of experience as a Carpenter. Proficiency in using power tools is required. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is essential.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Install and repair flooring, trim, and other woodwork in residential and commercial projects.
• Assemble and install doors, windows, and other structural components.
• Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your craft.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
• Familiarity with a variety of woodworking tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Experience with construction software or CAD programs is a plus.
