Phoenix House California is seeking a Parent Partner to provide one-on-one support to families within Wraparound Services. You will advocate for families, participate in Team meetings, and guide plans through a family-centered, strengths-based framework.
This role includes in-home direct services, crisis intervention as needed, and coordination with DCFS/DMH and local agencies. A proven personal experience as a parent or caregiver is essential for success.
