Neenah Parks & Recreation Department
Job Description
The City of Neenah (population 25,000) seeks an experienced, motivated professional to lead the progressive Recreation Division of the City Park and Recreation Department, whose mission is to "Create Community Through People Parks and Programs". We provide a laid back and fun environment where you are able to contribute to your community. This position currently oversees the Neenah Pool, all aquatic programming, Riverside Players, and adult programming.
Qualifications
Education and experience equal to:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Park and Recreation Administration or equivalent degree – and 5 years of recreation agency experience – or a combination of education and experience equal, substituting 2 years’ experience for education.
- 3 years progressively responsible supervisory experience.
- Aquatic Facility Operator Certification within 12 months of hire.
- CPR and First Aid certified.
- Valid WI Driver License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Parks and Recreation Professional
Salary / Salary Range
$71,760.00–$85,800.00
