CDL A OTR Team Truck Driver – Earn up to $94k Annually – Ontario, CA

We are currently seeking experienced CDL Drivers to join our Team driver transportation group.

Earn $88,000 – $94,000 per year per driver, depending on experience.

CDL A License & 1 year experience required.

Must either be a solo driver willing to team, or an established team with a partner. This is a TEAM position – must be willing to team.

As an existing team, you and your partner will transport goods on dedicated lanes north from CA to WA and OR, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of the cargo.

• New equipment – 2025 and 2026 tractors
• Good pay, $.42 to $.45 per mile per driver, depending on experience
• $500 bonus per driver after 90 days
• 4000 miles per week per driver pay guaranteed; 2–4 lanes per week depending on lanes
• We pay additional stop pay, detention pay, and layover pay (if necessary)

• Follow planned route to deliver freight while adhering to traffic laws and all DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs of hours, mileage, and cargo information in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules.
• Lanes are SoCAL‑OR, SoCAL‑WA & SoCAL‑SFran Bay Area. Must be available all week.

• Experience with refrigerated trailers is a plus.
• Amazon Relay app experience is a plus.
