Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced EWP (Engineered Wood Products) Forklift Operator to fill an opening at a lumber handling warehouse in Riverside, CA.

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience (stand-up or sit-down Hyster forklift preferred).
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, bending, carrying, and reaching.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Must have steel toe shoes – other PPE provided on site.
• Familiarity with chain saw use and handling 60’ material is required.
• Prior experience in roles such as Forklift Driver, Forklift Operator, Industrial Truck Operator, Lift Truck Operator, Reach Truck Driver, or Material Handler is a big plus!

• Operate a Hyster forklift to transport, load, and unload materials.
• Keep stock material areas organized, full, and clean.
• Consolidate and move materials as required.
• Perform daily forklift safety checks.
• Empty trash and wood bins.
• Assess tasks, prioritize work, and coordinate with team members.
• Work in environments with sawdust, dust, lumber handling, and outdoor weather exposure.
