Base Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr

Safe Haven Security is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to translate business needs into compelling visual solutions that align with our brand identity.

• Design and produce digital and print materials including social media graphics, branded clothing and gear, sales incentive and event programs, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and signage.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative assets that support campaigns and initiatives for company and different departments.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels.
• Edit and prepare images, illustrations, and layouts for final production.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the development of creative concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines.
• Passion for creative problem‑solving and continuous learning.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in‑house preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or similar tools).
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics a plus.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
