Pest Control Technician Duties

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with the public
• Experience using computers and smartphones
• Physical ability to set up, use, and work off of 12+ foot extension ladders
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to read and understand English product labels
• Valid driving record meeting company standards
• Stable work history
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort working with insects and animals in various environments
• Pass a respirator fit test and possibly a DOT physical
• Pass pre-employment drug, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks
• For safety, all technicians should be clean-shaven for respirator use
