We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30.00–$36.00, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and continuing education support. Licensing reimbursement and mentorship programs are available after one year of employment.

• Utilize evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assess and document patient progress; communicate with supervising PT to adjust treatments.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers.
• Contribute to discharge summaries and related documentation.

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.
