Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members’ financial, physical, and mental well‑being. Specific benefits—such as day‑one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with length of employment.

• Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers and vendors.
• Participate in and promote customer service programs to continuously improve service.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, or other items used in the preparation, presentation, or service of food and beverage products.
• Stock ice and other beverage products such as soft drink canisters, juice, CO₂ for all necessary areas as requested.
• Retrieve and deliver items from storerooms and refrigeration units as needed.
• Clean and sanitize food and beverage areas including kitchen, refrigeration units, and storerooms; remove debris or litter, sweep and mop floors.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proper and safe use of equipment needed for production.
• Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
• Compile information, complete, and submit reports as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, gaming laws and regulations.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner, keeping areas clean and free of hazards, debris, and litter.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
• Perform any reasonably requested duties needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business.
