We are seeking an Opening Hotel General Manager to successfully champion performance regarding building a friendly Team, creating amazing Guest experiences, developing a solid Top line, and achieving overall hotel profitability!

A day at the office can include:

• Conducting Energizing Huddles and celebrating team successes
• Engaging with guests and Leading from the Marble
• Carefully reviewing Operational reports and meeting with your departments to manage expenses
• Showcasing your self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm when when coaching your Sales team to follow up on leads and closing business in order to positively impact hotel revenues.

You know a little bit about all aspects of hotel operations including sales, guest services, and housekeeping and can inspire others to collaborate with you.

You can talk to anyone and feel just as comfortable jumping in to help out in a department when needed.

• You have experience in achieving high results for brand and ownership
• PEP PMS Experience
• Hilton Property Experience
