Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge and comprehension of Supply Chain processes
• Knowledge and comprehension of Mathematics
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and provide deliverables at the required frequency.
• HS Diploma or GED

Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Associate assists inventory, repackaging, and procurement activities by facilitating the flow of information related to the purchasing and movement of goods, ensuring accuracy and traceability across our supply chain. Skills required to succeed in this position include organization, time management, attention to detail, accountability and the ability to work independently.

Essential Job Duties:

• Enter production reports for repackaged finished goods
• Report on past due shipments from repackaging partners
• Process BOLs for shipments from resin warehouses and to/from repackaging partners
• Coordinate transfers of finished goods between PWI’s production plants
• Record raw material inventory levels weekly
• Review transaction logs from repackaging partners and report any discrepancies
• Serve as BOL processor for 3PL shipments
• Serve as back up for recording orders and creating a production plan for PWI custom label customers

Non-Essential Job Duties

Will perform other related work as required.

In the absence of this employee, the direct manager or appointee will cover responsibilities.
