SPORTS BOOK BUSSER at Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa Riverside
This position will be responsible for providing quality service to all guests to ensure a clean and safe dining experience in a timely and professional manner in the ESPN Sports book venue. This is a non-supervisory position.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Provide stellar customer service.
- Retrieve dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals and deliver to assigned dishwashing area.
- Retrieve clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from dishwashing area and distribute to service station locations.
- Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including duties such as: vacuum, sweep, mop, pick up trash, etc.
- Fill ice stations, polish silver, fold napkins, and stock supplies including dishes.
- Prepare tables for guests including removal of any dirty dishes, cleaning tables, changing tablecloths or linens, resetting with plates, stemware, glasses, silverware, and napkins.
- Take beverages and refills of beverages to customers at appropriate times.
- Remove trash and dirty linens from work area and deliver to appropriate areas.
- Greet, welcome and thank guests appropriately.
- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
- Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
- Any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel.

Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or a minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language and Communication
Skills:
Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents; write reports and correspondence; speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people.
Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs including but not limited to counting money.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Licensing: Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law.
Physical Demands: The employee must frequently stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and frequently lift and/or move 60 pounds and lift 165 pound keg up to 6 inches off the ground.
Work Environment: The environment can be loud and may contain secondhand tobacco smoke.
Salary$10.53 plus tips
