Location: Riverside, MO (On Site)

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Occasional overtime as needed

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour

At Crossroads Courier, we support time-critical deliveries across industries including healthcare and automotive, where speed and accuracy are critical. Every part, shipment, and inventory movement plays a direct role in our ability to deliver for our customers.

This is not a traditional warehouse position. We are looking for a detail-driven, process-focused individual who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and understands the importance of following established procedures.

• Receive, label, and properly store inbound inventory
• Audit inventory and resolve discrepancies in real time
• Pull and prepare parts for outbound orders
• Manage shipping documentation and outbound processes
• Investigate and resolve inventory exceptions
• Maintain organization across physical and digital inventory systems
• Communicate inventory issues to internal teams
• Ensure all inventory activity is accurately reflected in company systems

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using inventory management systems and technology
• Proactive problem-solving skills and accountability
• Previous inventory, logistics, warehouse, or operations experience preferred
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a warehouse environment
