Entry Level Promotions Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a Promotions Assistant to support in-person promotional campaigns with a strong focus on sales, customer engagement, and brand ambassadorship
. This role involves interacting directly with customers, promoting client offerings, and supporting sales goals during live activations and events.

• Promote client products or services through face-to-face interactions.

• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering clear, confident messaging to customers.

• Support sales initiatives by generating interest and encouraging participation or sign-ups.

• Track customer interactions and share feedback with team leads.

• Maintain a professional and energetic presence during promotions.

• Follow brand guidelines and sales scripts as provided.

• Collaborate with the team to meet daily promotional and sales targets.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers face to face.

• Sales-driven mindset with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.

• Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or brand representation is a plus but not required.

• Hands-on experience in face-to-face advertising and promotional sales.
