Overview

Maintenance Technician role at Culmen Real Estate Services at The Properties At Wright Field in Dayton, OH. This full-time maintenance position is responsible for the physical upkeep of the community, responding to repairs, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure quality housing for residents.

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and respond to emergencies promptly using the work order system.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC (air conditioning and heating), flooring, carpentry, roofing, and related repairs as needed.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with team members and provide courteous, professional service to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to address maintenance requests and update work orders.

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand tools.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.

This full-time position works Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Serving Wright-Patterson Air Force Base since 2002, The Properties at Wright Field is home to residents including active-duty military, non-active-duty residents, and their families.
