What You’llDo
- Create daily
IPhone short-form video content for Tik Tok, Reels, and other emerging platforms - Work closely with the 3 owners
-coming up with"founder-led" content ideas or executing theirs, coordinating content shoot days with their schedules, preppingproductand gathering any props needed, cleaning up,editing and delivering assets - Be on camera regularly. Capturing try-ons, styling videos, behind-the-scenes moments, launches, and storytelling content
- Stay on top of Tik Tok + IG trends and quickly adapt them into Ivy-forward concepts
- Develop original ideas that highlight new collections, brand values, and community moments
- Assist with content planning, shoot days, and campaign concepts
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during events, shoots, and product launches, brand events, and office culture
- Test new formats, hooks, editing styles, and creative directions
- Work cross-functionally with brand, social, and creative teams tomaintaina cohesive aesthetic
- Analyze what’sperforming and make data-informed content recommendations
- Bring big energy, ideas, and personality to the Ivy's social presence
- FULLY obsessed with Tik Tok, Reels, and all things short-form video
- A "Yes!! Girl" who is down to be ateam player, and produce quick turnarounds with a positive attitude
- A natural storyteller who knows how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds
- Able to edit quickly and stay ahead of trends
- Highly creative with an eye for detail, aesthetic, and brand alignment
- Comfortable filming solo or collaborating with the team
- Deep understanding of social-first content strategies
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or beauty content is a bonus
- Passionate about the Ivy City aesthetic and empowering women
- Great at working with people (including kid models andownerschildren)
- 1–3 years of social media or content creation experience as an individual or for a brand (or a standout portfolio)
- Strong editing skills (Cap Cut, Adobe Rush, or similar)
- Experience creating and posting Tik Tok/Reels content
- Willing to travel for photoshoots and brand events
