This role is part of Life Stance Health’s growing outpatient behavioral health practice. Compensation is $300,000 – $375,000 per year, commensurate with skills and experience. Our mission is to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

• Fully licensed in Utah.
• Board eligible/board certified (BE/BC) in Psychiatry.
• Unencumbered DEA registration.
• Experience in medication management and therapy.
