In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient mental healthcare to children and adolescents. • 100% outpatient work
• Hybrid model 2-3 days in office, 1-2 days remotely
• Newly designed and modern offices
• Full administrative support
• Latest in digital technology
• 6 offices in the Utah market near the Salt Lake City area located in Bountiful, Murray, Lehi, Riverton, Draper, and Pleasant Grove, with more opening in 2026 and 2027

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management as well as therapy

Compensation

• Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Compensation Range of $296-$401K
• Compensation model based on productivity

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Utah
• BE/BC as a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
• Unencumbered DEA
• Completed a psychiatry residency program or close to completing one
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
• Bi-lingual is a +, Spanish speaking
