We are seeking a friendly and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with purchases, operate the cash register, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Accurately process transactions using the cash register and handle payments
• Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including the sales floor, restrooms, and fuel pumps
• Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers as needed
• Follow safety and security procedures, including age verification for restricted products
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, including cash registers and other POS systems
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers
• Effective communication skills and a strong customer focus
• Ability to collaborate with the team to manage workload and pace effectively
• Willingness to learn about store processes, products, and services
• Ability to remain composed in confrontational situations
• Capability to work in a high-volume, sometimes high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Sunday through Saturday; openness to opening and closing the store as needed
• Ability to work in cold environments such as outdoor cold weather and indoor coolers
• Ability to work in heat during summer months for outdoor duties

$15 - $17 per hour

Work schedule includes Sunday through Saturday and may require opening or closing the store. Candidates must be able to work in cold or hot conditions as needed.
