Part-Time Sales Teammate

Job Summary

The Part‑Time Sales Teammate role at The Buckle, Inc. focuses on delivering an enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities include cashiering, merchandising, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities.

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service throughout the store.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise; recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education; consistently share that knowledge with team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales‑per‑hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Check out and bag purchases; prepare merchandise for alterations.
• Fill out and effectively use the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) daily to accomplish goals.
• Place special orders or call other stores to find desired merchandise.
• Maintain and build good guest relationships to develop a client‑based business.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
