We are seeking a friendly and reliable Sales Associate to assist customers with purchases, operate the cash register, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Accurately process transactions using the cash register and handle payments.
• Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including the sales floor, restrooms, and fuel pumps.
• Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers as needed.
• Follow safety and security procedures, including age verification for restricted products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Familiarity with electronic equipment, including cash registers and other POS systems.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers.
• Effective communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to collaborate with the team to manage workload and pace effectively.
• Willingness to learn about store processes, products, and services.
• Ability to remain composed in confrontational situations.
• Capability to work in a high‑volume, sometimes high‑pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Sunday through Saturday. Availability to open and close the store as needed.
• Must be able to work in cold environments, such as outdoor cold weather and indoor coolers.
• Must also be able to work in heat during the summer months to perform outdoor duties.
