As a Pro Sales Specialist, you guide and consult every Pro customer who walks through our doors. You help them find products and services that take their projects to the next level. Your experience and problem‑solving skills will be essential in this fast‑paced environment.

• Understand the Pro business and assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, quoting, and ordering merchandise.
• Work with Lowe's Pro Supply to order products through the Fulfillment and Delivery network.
• Communicate benefits of using Lowe's Pro Supply and Fulfillment network.
• Use CRM to build customer relationships and streamline processes.
• Offer and assist with MVPs Pro rewards, partnership program, Pro Credit solutions, and the Pro wallet.
• Provide information about stock, special‑order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information.
• Cross‑train in other areas of the store to deliver the best customer service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years sales experience with ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• 1–2 years customer service experience, resolving issues, locating products, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships, and thanking customers for their business.
• Ability to sit, bend, stand, move around the store, and lift items up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Able to use common retail technology (smart phones and tablets).
• Obtain sales‑related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

• 1–2 years sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
• Experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including special sales orders.
• Professional certification relevant to the department.
• Bi‑lingual skills.

No regular travel required; occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or support of neighboring stores.

Work may be in both inside and outside weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty. Exposure to noise, moving or shaking objects is possible. Lifting guidelines: single lifts limited to 75 lbs; team lifts used minimally. Powered equipment should be used with proper training.
