R - RN Surgery -
Responsibilities- Manage care preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative in the perioperative department.
- Implement nursing interventions as necessary for patient needs.
- Individualize care, education and discharge planning in response to patient needs.
- Complete surgical safety checklist, handoff communication, preoperative and follow-up telephone calls.
- Maintain competency in perioperative nursing.
- Current RN License in the State of Wyoming
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association
- ACLS Certification through American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- PALS Certification through American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 2+ years Circulator or PACU experience preferred
