Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• General retail practices knowledge.
• Some retail store management experience or equivalent.
• Experience motivating a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Knowledgeable in general retail practices and procedures.
• Team player with energy and enthusiasm needed to encourage fellow associates and achieve goals together.
• Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate the manager’s game plan.
