The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Ask for Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Provide peak coverage during special occasions (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed for district support.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Operate vehicles and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
