What does a typical day look like?

• Receiving payments and posting amount paid to customer account
• Processing credit card payments and daily faxed or emailed check deposits
• Calculating group payment amounts and initiates group payments to corporate.
• Maintaining customer records and documentation
• Maintaining positive customer relationships through constant communication and timely responses
• Creating and/or maintaining files, documentation and procedures thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Assisting with special projects including annual audit and tax requests, as necessary

What are we seeking?

• At least 6 months of experience in an accounting function or relevant degree
• Attention to detail is critical in this role and errors must be minimal and inconsequential
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent mathematical skills
