We are seeking a highly experienced B2B Collections Specialist to manage a large, fast-paced portfolio of customer accounts. This role requires deep experience handling delinquent balances, particularly accounts aged over 90 days
, and the ability to thrive in a demanding, high-volume environment.

• Manage high-volume B2B collections for a portfolio exceeding 1,000 active accounts
• Take full ownership of past-due balances over 90 days
  , working accounts through resolution prior to referral to third-party collections
• Proactively contact customers to resolve payment delays, disputes, and billing issues
• Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection strategies to reduce delinquency
• Document collection activity and maintain accurate notes within the ERP system
• Collaborate with Credit, AR, Sales, and Accounting to resolve escalated accounts

• 3–5+ years of B2B collections experience
  , preferably in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience managing large aging portfolios with significant balances over 90 days past due
• Experience handling either large-dollar accounts or high volumes of smaller accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• ERP system experience and strong organizational skills
