Job Role:

Manages administrative functions for the Rental Manager, supports multiple leadership, coordinates projects, handles confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate & timely completion of routine daily, weekly, monthly tasks (payroll/time management, reports, internal control reporting, meeting scheduling/organizing/setup).
  • Prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, purchase orders or other documents.
  • Ensure information is accurate, copied and saved for reference daily.
  • Assist with meeting preparation (documents, presentations, catering).
  • Order supplies and/or equipment from suppliers.
  • Monitor data/communications and inform managers of changes affecting operations.
  • Maintain complete and accurate document record‑keeping duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Required Credentials
  • Effective comprehension of written material and clear oral/​written communication with employees and customers.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience retrieving, analyzing and processing data with a computer.
  • Data entry of 35 WPM or higher.
Physical Demands

Not applicable. Occasional up to 3 hours/day activities such as stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs, and other routine tasks.
