OverviewPrimary
Job Role:
Manages administrative functions for the Rental Manager, supports multiple leadership, coordinates projects, handles confidential information professionally.
- Accurate & timely completion of routine daily, weekly, monthly tasks (payroll/time management, reports, internal control reporting, meeting scheduling/organizing/setup).
- Prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, purchase orders or other documents.
- Ensure information is accurate, copied and saved for reference daily.
- Assist with meeting preparation (documents, presentations, catering).
- Order supplies and/or equipment from suppliers.
- Monitor data/communications and inform managers of changes affecting operations.
- Maintain complete and accurate document record‑keeping duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High School diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Effective comprehension of written material and clear oral/written communication with employees and customers.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience retrieving, analyzing and processing data with a computer.
- Data entry of 35 WPM or higher.
Not applicable. Occasional up to 3 hours/day activities such as stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs, and other routine tasks.
