Job Overview

The AUTOMOTIVE TIRE TECHNICIAN role at Mavis Tire offers full‑time employment with an $800 New Hire Bonus and guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period. Mavis is the largest tire sales and automotive repair chain in the U.S., with over 2,000 retail locations in 45 states. This position is located in the Gibsonton, FL area.

• Install new tires and wheels, and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, flat repairs, and other safety‑related tasks.
• Use industry‑leading processes and provide best‑in‑class automotive service to customers.
• Earn weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed, in addition to a guaranteed hourly rate.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work five days each week.
• Motivated by commissions/incentive compensation and willing to undergo paid training.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and attentiveness in a fast‑paced environment.
